Mike’s List:
1. Iron Man 3
2. Star Trek Into Darkness
3. Man of Steel
4. The Lone Ranger
5. Fast and Furious 6
Fast 4 made 350mil, 5 did 630 mil it’s pretty much doubled each sequel.
Biggest flop I think will be Pacific Rim, I will watch it but I still think giant robot movies are still too nerdy for general public consumption.
Sleeper will be Robocop.

The Why’s:
Iron Man 3: Success of Avengers, the popularity of Downey Jr, and the early release
Star Trek Into Darkness: Trekkers are going to be expecting the wrath of khan, the greatest Star Trek movie
Man of Steel: Would be higher but people are tentative after Superman Returns, Excited for Superman worried I’m going to be let down.
The Lone Ranger: Johnny Depp is the primary draw, and I’ve chosen this as the family hit of the summer, people are going to equate it to the Pirates franchise
Fast and Furious: It’s a different action genre, that has no competitors, plenty of star power and has typically doubled its income every iteration.
