Thanks so much guys and yes the puppies were around 10 days old and found by a dumpster in Timberlea. This and Oscar the kitten in the Safeway bin were within a week of each other. It is scary and if they are doing this to the animals what is happening to the people in their lives. The SPCA would rather see these animals left at the shelter than end up like this!
